This Cookie Policy explains how Freedom Business Ventures LLC (“Weblish,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2) What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, SDKs, local storage, and server logs (collectively, “cookies” for simplicity) to help operate our Services, remember preferences, measure performance, and (where enabled) support advertising/attribution.
3) Why we use cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
Strictly Necessary (Always On)
Authentication, security, load balancing, fraud prevention, and basic site functionality.Functional
Remembering preferences and helping with form features (e.g., prefill).Analytics / Measurement
Understanding traffic, usage, and performance to improve our Services.Advertising / Marketing (Optional, where enabled)
Attribution, retargeting, and campaign measurement (for example, measuring ad conversions and effectiveness).
4) Technologies we use (including pixels, tags, and affiliate tracking)
A) Google Tag Manager (GTM)
We use Google Tag Manager to manage and deploy website tags (for example, analytics and advertising pixels). GTM helps us control when/where tags fire (for example, based on your cookie preferences).
B) Google Analytics (GA4)
If enabled, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) uses first-party cookies to distinguish unique users and sessions. Google’s GA4 cookie table lists (for example) _ga and ga, with default expirations shown by Google (commonly 2 years, unless you override settings). (Google Help)
C) Google advertising / measurement cookies (e.g., Google Ads)
If enabled, Google’s advertising and measurement products may set or receive cookies from domains such as google.com or doubleclick.net, and their cookie library describes purposes and lifespans by product/category. (Business Data Responsibility)
D) Reddit Pixel (and related conversion measurement)
If enabled, we may use the Reddit Pixel to measure conversions and campaign performance. Reddit’s documentation describes installing the pixel (including via GTM). (Reddit Help Center)
Reddit also notes that first-party cookies can be enabled by default for the Reddit Pixel and can be disabled if you need to align with certain privacy requirements. (Reddit Help Center)
E) FirstPromoter (affiliate/referral tracking)
We use FirstPromoter for referral/affiliate tracking. FirstPromoter’s documentation states that when a visitor arrives via a referral link, it sets cookies such as fpromtid and fpromref. It also notes a default lifespan of 60 days (adjustable in the admin panel). (FirstPromoter Docs)
F) Snapchat Pixel (and other ad platforms you may enable)
Where enabled, we may use Snap Pixel (and potentially similar pixels from other platforms) for ad measurement and attribution. Snapchat states that Snap Pixel places cookies (and may leverage local storage). (Business Help)
Snap’s developer documentation also references using the scid cookie value (e.g., “sccookie1”) for conversion measurement flows. (Snap for Developers)
5) Cookie list
Because cookies can vary based on which features you enable and how GTM is configured, the exact cookies on your device may change. Common examples include:
Analytics (GA4):
_ga (Used to distinguish users) (Google Help)
ga (Used to persist session state) (Google Help)
Affiliate / Referral:
fpromref and fpromtid (FirstPromoter referral tracking; default 60 days, adjustable) (FirstPromoter Docs)
Via affiliate cookies (90 days, per your program setting)
Advertising / Pixels (where enabled):
Reddit Pixel cookies and identifiers (first-party cookies can be disabled per Reddit guidance) (Reddit Help Center)
Snap Pixel cookies (uses cookies/local storage; may reference _scid) (Business Help)
Google advertising/measurement cookies as described in Google’s cookie library (Business Data Responsibility)
6) Your choices and controls
You can control cookies in several ways:
Cookie banner/manager: Use our cookie banner/manager to accept or reject optional categories (where available).
Browser controls: Most browsers let you delete or block cookies.
Vendor opt-outs: Some vendors provide their own opt-out tools (where available).
If you block cookies: some features may not work properly (for example, saved preferences, login/session features, or attribution tracking).
7) Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and we are required to honor it under applicable law, we will treat it as a request to opt out of applicable “sale”/“sharing” of personal information for that browser/device (where those terms apply).
8) California “Do Not Sell or Share” (where applicable)
Your Privacy Policy states you do not “sell” personal information for money, but some advertising/analytics activities may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
Where applicable, you can opt out via:
Submitting “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” at https://app.weblish.io
Emailing support@weblish.io with subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”
Recognizing GPC signals where required
9) Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example, a banner or email) and will update the “Last Updated” date.
